The data are processed through Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection), Resend (email delivery) and Supabase (our CRM), acting as data processors. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. No data will be disclosed to other third parties unless required by law. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability, and to restrict or object to the processing, by writing to ympackaging@ympackaging.com, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
