LLRTM monobloc jerrycan filling and capping machine

The LLRTM jerrycan filling and capping machine fills and caps 1 to 6 litre bottles and jerrycans in a single monobloc. Servo-controlled piston filling gives high accuracy (≤ ±0.3 %), smooth and quiet operation and a wide adjustment range in a compact footprint. The capping station, also a tracking type driven by a servo motor, ensures stable operation and a high capping rate: up to 1,500 bottles per hour at 1 litre and up to 1,000 at 5 litres.

How it works

Container infeed
The conveyor carries the jerrycans or bottles, from left to right, to the filling station.
Piston filling
The four servo-driven nozzles fill each container with an accuracy of ±0.3 % or better.
Capping
The servo-driven tracking capping head places and tightens the cap.
Outfeed
The filled and capped container continues on the conveyor to weight control and the end of the line.

How fast is the LLRTM jerrycan filler?

Up to 1,500 bottles per hour with 1 litre containers and up to 1,000 per hour with 5 litre jerrycans.

Which containers can it fill and cap?

Jerrycans and bottles from 1 to 6 litres with a neck of 18 mm diameter or more (customisable). For other containers, ask our technical team.

How accurate is the filling?

±0.3 % or better, thanks to servo-controlled piston filling.

How is the container capped?

With a servo-driven tracking capping head. Heads for other cap sizes are available as an extra.

How is it cleaned?

It has an automatic circulation cleaning function. As an extra, the product-contact parts can be in 316L stainless steel.

What installation does it need?

A 380 V three-phase, 50 Hz supply with 11 kW, and compressed air at a constant 6 bar with a consumption of 16 m³/h. It takes up 4,730 × 1,400 mm of floor space and is 2,780 mm high.
