We design complete lines for protein powder and supplements in the three formats the market asks for: tubs, premade doypack or stabilo pouches and stick packs. Each line is sized for the powder (flow, density, sensitivity to moisture), the pack and the output, with accurate dosing and systems that control airborne dust. What a protein powder line looks like

A hopper stores the powder and a screw elevator carries it to the doser in a steady, continuous flow.

EPJMXL, the premade pouch machine for protein powder
The EPJMXL is our EPJM horizontal packaging machine with every extra, standardised for protein powder and other products packed with a dosing scoop. It works with six standard stations: pouch pick-up, zipper opening and air blowing, filling, weight check, scoop insertion and sealing.

The challenges of packing protein powder
Airborne dust
Powder is volatile and forms fine clouds that affect fill accuracy and cleanliness. We add dust extraction at the filling points.
Flow, density and moisture
Every powder flows differently and many are sensitive to moisture. We choose the doser (volumetric, auger or net weight) and a machine design that prevents powder build-up, for a steady, continuous flow.
Exact dose
Checkweighing with reject removes out-of-tolerance packs: less overfilling and compliance with packaged-goods rules.

Single doses that are easy to carry. The multi-lane vertical machine forms, fills and seals the sticks from reel, with 1 to 12 lanes and up to 300 sticks per minute.

The sachet and stick machine runs 1 to 12 lanes and reaches up to 300 sticks per minute, with doses from 3 to 50 ml.
