Sachet packaging machine: machines for making sachets
A sachet packaging machine forms, fills and seals single-dose 3- or 4-side seal sachets. We offer two kinds of sachet machine: the vertical sachet and stick machine, which makes the sachet from a reel with doses of 3 to 50 ml, and premade-pouch machines for sachets and small pouches, such as the twin-lane EPX 120 ML, which reaches 400 sachets per minute.
We help you choose the right sachet filling machine for your product, sachet and output.

What is a sachet
A sachet is a small flexible 3- or 4-side seal pack for single portions: sauces, condiments, sugar, coffee, supplements, cosmetics or product samples. Its sealed sides protect it from moisture, oxygen and other contaminants.
It is practical, hygienic and easy to carry, ideal for travel, promotions and food service. With an easy-open notch it opens without scissors.

How a sachet packaging machine works
- Unwinding. A single reel feeds the machine; on the multi-lane version the film is slit into as many strips as there are lanes.
- Forming. Each strip is folded and sealed into a sachet (or wrapped round its tube to make a stick).
- Dosing. One filler per lane doses 3 to 50 ml: auger for powder, pump for liquids or another filler for the product.
- Sealing. Vertical, horizontal and cooling sealing rollers, with PID temperature and reinforced leak-proof points.
- Cutting and easy open. The jaws cut each sachet and mark the easy-open notch, straight or micro-perforated.
- Outfeed. Sachets leave on a conveyor to quality control; an optional grouper gathers sticks for cartoning.
High-speed premade sachets

If you work with ready-made sachets, the EPX 120 ML opens, fills and seals two sachets at a time and reaches 400 pouches per minute in a compact footprint: single doses and sachets of coffee, spices, sugar, supplements, confectionery or non-food products. For vacuum sachets, the EPRV rotary machine reaches 120 pouches per minute.

Products and complete line
Sachet machines pack powder, granules, liquids and solids: coffee, sports supplements, spices, confectionery or non-food products. The same vertical machine also makes stick packs.
After the machine we install the metal detector, checkweigher and case packing, or the complete turnkey line. If you already run a YM machine, we can also supply your 3-side seal sachets.
