The sachet and stick packaging machine forms, fills and closes single-dose sachets from a film reel, in versions with 1 to 12 lanes and up to 300 sticks per minute. It is designed specifically for these packs and handles powder, liquids, granules or solids from 3 to 50 ml depending on the dosing unit fitted: auger filler, liquid pump or others.

Versions with 1, 6 or 12 lanes that form and fill several sticks at a time, at 50 per minute per lane, up to 300 sticks per minute.
Vertical sealing roller, horizontal sealing roller and cooling roller, with reinforced anti-leak points on the seals.
Liquid, granules, powder or solid. The dosing unit is chosen to suit the product, for example an auger filler for powder or a pump for liquids.
Straight-line easy-open notch or micro-perforation, and different jaw finishes depending on the pack.
Structure in 304 stainless steel and product-contact parts in 304 stainless steel and engineering plastic. Hygienic version for demanding environments.
Integrated electrical cabinet to save space, castors to move it around the plant and adjustable fixing feet.
A single film reel feeds the machine; the film is slit into as many strips as the machine has lanes. Optional automatic film splicing.
Each strip is wrapped around its own forming tube to make the stick, or folded and sealed to form the sachet.
One dosing unit per lane deposits the 3 to 50 ml dose: an auger filler for powder, a pump for liquids or others depending on the product.
Vertical sealing roller, horizontal sealing roller and cooling roller, with PID temperature control from the screen and reinforced anti-leak points.
The jaws cut the packs on each lane and mark the easy-open notch, straight-line or micro-perforated.
The sticks or sachets leave on a conveyor; an optional collator groups them for subsequent cartoning.

The machine integrates with the rest of the line: dosing, quality control and end of line.
A stick is a narrow, elongated tube, 11 to 45 mm wide and 30 to 180 mm long. A sachet is a flat 3-side or 4-side seal pack, 40 to 85 mm wide and 40 to 160 mm long. Both hold 3 to 50 ml.
For sticks, 50 packs per minute per lane, up to 300 per minute on the 12-lane version. For sachets, 40 to 60 per minute.
From 1 to 12. The usual versions have 1, 6 and 12 lanes; more lanes means more output from a single film reel.
Powder, liquids, granules and solids. The dosing unit is chosen to suit the product, for example an auger filler for powder or a pump for liquids.
With three rollers, one for vertical sealing, one for horizontal sealing and one for cooling, and seals with reinforced anti-leak points. The temperature is PID-controlled from the screen.
Yes. The easy-open notch can be straight-line or micro-perforated, and laser, TTO or inkjet coders can be integrated to customer choice.
Yes. The structure and product-contact parts are 304 stainless steel and there is a hygienic version for demanding environments.
