Which line do I need?

If you pack ice or protein powder, we start from our specialist lines and adapt them to your pack and output. For any other product we design a custom turnkey line.

What does a turnkey line include?

Every machine from product feeding to the pallet, their integration, commissioning and training for your team. The scope is set for each project: the whole line or only part of it.

How do you stop the ice from breaking?

With a multihead weigher designed for ice, with anti-breakage retention for the cubes. An inclined bagger then heat-seals the bag so it is airtight.

Which packs can protein powder go into?

Tubs, preformed doypack or stabilo pouches, and stick packs. Depending on the density and flow of the powder we use volumetric, auger or net-weight fillers.

What do you need to study my project?

The product you pack, the type and size of pack, the output you need (packs per minute or per shift) and the floor space available. With that we prepare a proposal.
