YM Packaging Group is a packaging machine manufacturer in Spain. We design, build, install and service packaging machinery for the food and non-food industries from our head office in Elche (Alicante), with offices in the United Kingdom (Manchester) and China (Guangzhou). For single-dose packs we build the sachet and stick packaging machine: it forms, fills and seals sachets and sticks from the reel, with 1 to 12 lanes and up to 300 sticks per minute, in doses of 3 to 50 ml of powder, liquid, granules or solids. For single-dose premade pouches at high speed there is the EPX 120 ML.

Besides single machines, we are packaging line manufacturers: we integrate dosing, packaging, quality control, case packing and palletising in one line, with one supplier. Two examples: the ice packaging line and the protein powder packaging line.

For large-format bags we are a bagging machine supplier in Spain. Our bagging machines form, fill and seal the bag from the reel, as a pillow bag or with a flat bottom, and dose with a multihead or linear weigher. They are used for flour, animal feed, salt, pulses or frozen products.

The EVR 1100 bagging machine makes bags up to 480 mm wide from reels up to 1000 mm, and it is lower than other bagging machines, so the product drops from a smaller height and reaches the bag intact.

We work with food manufacturers and with industrial packaging companies and contract packers, who pack products for several brands in the same plant. Their machinery has to handle several products, packs and formats, so we choose the doser and the packaging machine for each case and plan the format changes from the first study.
