EVR 1100 bagging machine
The EVR 1100 bagging machine is YM Packaging's vertical packaging machine for large formats: sack-type bags up to 480 mm wide from film reels up to 1000 mm, as pillow bags or flat-bottom bags. It is lower than other bagging machines on the market, so the product drops from a shorter height and reaches the sack intact. For powder and solids, with a multihead or linear weigher.

How it works
Unwinding
The reel holder with expanding shaft takes film reels up to 1000 mm; it detects the end of the reel and allows semi-automatic splicing.
Forming
The forming tube, made to the size of your sack, shapes the film. The vacuum belts with Becker pump pull it, driven by a 0.75 kW servo.
Dosing
The product drops from the multihead or linear weigher through a short hopper: the machine's lower height reduces the drop.
Sealing
Sealing jaws driven by a 2.2 kW servo motor with high sealing pressure, PID temperature control from the screen; English fold for the flat bottom.
Cutting
Cut by length or by eye mark, read by the SICK KT5 colour photocell.
Outfeed
The finished sack leaves on the conveyor; the large rear area allows a printer or labeller to be added in the future.
