The controller of the data collected in this form is YM Packaging Group, S.L. (VAT no. ESB54811609), registered office at Calle Santuario de la Luz 5, 03290 Elche (Alicante), Spain, telephone +34 966 624 003. The purpose of the processing is to answer your request for information or a quotation and, where applicable, to manage the business relationship that results from it. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

The data are processed through Cloudflare (website hosting, spam protection and a record of the requests received), Resend (email delivery) and Supabase (our CRM), acting as data processors. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. No data will be disclosed to other third parties unless required by law. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability, and to restrict or object to the processing, by writing to ympackaging@ympackaging.com, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
