Complete lines
Ice packaging line
We design and build complete ice packaging lines that treat ice cubes with care and at high speed: a multihead weigher made for ice with restraint and buffering systems, an inclined vertical bagging machine running up to 40–45 bags per minute and quality control at the end of the line. We guarantee breakage below 3% per bag. Our engineers design each line on the customer’s site, and we are members of EPIA (European Packaged Ice Association). Ice makers such as Cubiplaya and Cero Celsius already pack their ice on our lines.

Feeding
A conveyor carries the ice cubes quickly and efficiently to the weigher.
- Step 2
Weighing
M14 2.5LH multihead weigher, made for high-quality ice cubes: restraint and buffering systems, camera, internal anti-condensation system and weighing accuracy.
- Step 3
Packing
Inclined vertical bagger that forms, fills and heat-seals the bag: inclination adjustable from 90 to 45 degrees so the cubes do not break. For large sacks, a sack filler.
- Step 4
Quality control
Checkweigher and metal detector combi, so every bag leaves at the right weight and free of contaminants.
- Step 5
End of line
Case packing and palletising of the bags, integrated in the same line.
Why our ice lines
Less than 3% breakage
We guarantee breakage below 3% per bag, thanks to the weigher’s restraint and buffering systems and the bagger’s adjustable inclination.
Maintenance-free sealing
Bagger in 304 stainless steel and anodised aluminium (internal parts), with a unique maintenance-free sealing system, no adhesive Teflon on the jaws and special jaws for polyethylene.
Cubes, cocktail ice and flakes
Dosing change system: the same line packs ice cubes with the multihead weigher and cocktail ice or flakes with a volumetric cup filler. Lower investment and less floor space.
Print that lasts
Together with a British printer manufacturer we developed a special ribbon that guarantees highly durable printing on the ice bag.
Servo control and automation
Bagger with servo control, full automation, touch screen and vacuum pulling belts so the film does not slip.

Cubes, cocktail ice and flakes on one line
With the dosing change system, the same bagger works with the weigher for cubes or with a volumetric filler (with vacuum transport) for cocktail ice and flakes. For crushed ice, a venturi system.
