How it works
Bag loading
The pouch magazine feeds the premade pouches one by one. If there is no bag, there is no discharge.
Opening
The pneumatic arms open the bag and the vacuum switch with digital displays monitors the suction cups' vacuum level.
Filling
The mouth-opening funnel holds the bag open while the dosing unit discharges the product through the stainless steel cone.
Sealing
The sealing station closes the bag. The light tower shows the machine status at all times.
