The EPX 430 H horizontal packaging machine is the premade pouch machine for wide formats: 4-side seal bags and doypacks from 170 to 430 mm wide and up to 800 mm high. Its tracking filling module fills faster and more steadily, with no time limit per bag.

A servo vibrates the bag bottom during filling: the product settles, the bag is fuller and the weight is more consistent.

The vacuum system has a quick-change filter: maintenance is simpler.

Detects the position and height of every bag in line to ensure correct sealing and finish.

Servo-driven bag feeding

Several servo motors feed the bags at high speed, whatever the bag type and material.

What bag sizes does the EPX 430 H handle?

From 170 × 300 mm with a 25 + 25 mm gusset to 430 × 800 mm with a 75 + 75 mm gusset.

What speed does it reach?

Between 20 and 50 bags per minute, depending on the product and the bag size.

Why choose a 4-side seal bag?

It is an economical, leak-tight flat bag, very uniform for packing several units in a case, with an easy-open notch and suited to high speed.

What is the difference from the EPX 430 L?

The EPX 430 L handles bags up to 1 m high and offers in-line nitrogen injection.

What is the standard-range alternative?

The EPJM, a premade pouch machine, for bags from 110 to 410 mm wide at up to 15 bags/min.
