Nitrogen injection

Displaces the oxygen in the bag to extend product life; with milk powder, residual oxygen of 4–7%.

Bag position and height check

Detects the position and height of every bag in line to ensure correct sealing and finish.

High-speed zipper opening

Opens the zipper of each premade pouch without reducing the machine's output.

Quick-change hoppers

Quick hopper connection: changing between products takes less time.

Bag bottom vibration

A servo vibrates the bag bottom during filling: the product settles, the bag is fuller and the weight is more consistent.

Servo-driven bag feeding

Several servo motors feed the bags at high speed, whatever the bag type and material.

Hygienic design

Surfaces with no exposed screws or air tubes and fewer corners where dirt can build up: easier to clean.

What bag size does the EPX 430 L handle?

From 170 × 300 mm with a 25 + 25 mm gusset to 430 × 1,000 mm with a 75 + 75 mm gusset.

What speed does it reach?

Between 10 and 40 bags per minute, depending on the product and the bag size.

What is nitrogen injection for?

It displaces the oxygen in the bag and extends the shelf life of sensitive products such as milk powder, coffee or nuts.

What products does it pack?

Animal feed and pet food, flours, milk powder, detergents, fertilisers and other products in large bags.

What is the standard-range alternative?
