Jars
Small jars and powder tubs.
YM Packaging’s rotary jar filling machine feeds the empty jars, doses the product and takes the finished container out on a conveyor across 12 work stations. There are two versions: the intermittent LLRI, up to 35 jars per minute, and the continuous LLRC, up to 80 jars per minute. It fills jars, bottles and glass jars with powders, solids or granules, with the right doser for each product, and is completed with capping, sealing and labelling.
Models: LLRILLRC

LLRI intermittent up to 35 jars per minute or LLRC continuous up to 80, depending on production.
Jar infeed with a magazine and pneumatic gate, dosing, and outfeed of the finished container on a conveyor.
Nylon rotary plate that is easy to remove for format changes.
Combined with an auger filler, multihead weigher or volumetric doser depending on whether it is powder, solid or granules.
304 stainless steel frame, stainless steel and polycarbonate doors, food-grade product-contact parts and a vibrating hopper that reduces jams.
Siemens S7-1200 PLC, 1.5 kW servo motor on the main shaft, safety sensors on doors and access points and an IP65 cabinet.
A magazine with a pneumatic gate delivers the empty jars to the rotary plate.
The doser chosen for the product (auger, multihead weigher, volumetric…) fills each jar, intermittently or continuously.
A conveyor takes the filled container out of the machine.
Rotary or linear press-on or screw capper, sealing and labelling, ready for the end of the line.
