4G multihead weigher
The 4G multihead weigher is designed to meet the most demanding market requirements: very high speeds, up to 200 discharges per minute, and corrosive products. Six models from 10 to 30 heads weigh from 15 to 7,000 g, and its advanced software lets you download logs to USB, connect remotely and monitor product flow with cameras.

Easy to use
Large (10"), intuitive touch screen for ease of use.
In action
How it works
Infeed
The product reaches the top cone and is distributed by vibration among the chutes that feed the hoppers.
Weighing
Each hopper weighs its portion with an anti-vibration load cell.
Combination
The processor finds the combination of hoppers whose total comes closest to the target weight; the software logs every weighment.
Discharge
The selected hoppers discharge together through the funnel into the vertical packaging machine, up to 200 times per minute.

Frequently asked questions
What speed does the 4G weigher reach?
From 50 to 70 discharges per minute on the M10 up to just under 200 on the M30. The actual speed depends on the product, the target weight and the piece size.
What weights can it dose?
From 15 to 7,000 g on the M10 and M14, from 15 to 5,000 g on the M16 and M18, and from 15 to 3,000 g on the M24 and M30.
How do I choose between the six models?
By piece size and speed. The M10 and M14 handle products up to 140 mm and large weighments; the M18, M24 and M30 work with pieces up to 40 mm at much higher speeds.
Is it suitable for corrosive products?
Yes. This family focuses on very high speed performance and corrosive products, with a stainless steel housing and different surface treatments depending on the product.
What does the advanced software offer?
Log download to USB, remote communication and product flow monitoring cameras, plus a 10" touch screen.
How does it differ from the 2.5G weigher?
The 2.5G is the best-value option for dry products, up to 100 discharges per minute. The 4G reaches 200 and adds advanced software and resistance to corrosive products.
