TR shrink tunnel for trays with heat-shrink film

The YM Packaging TR shrink tunnel shrink-wraps trays with heat-shrink film. Its dual temperature system with independent PID controllers sets the heat precisely and spreads it evenly, so the film shrinks without wrinkles or distortion. Silicone curtains at the infeed and outfeed keep the heat in, the perforated canvas belts withstand high temperatures and the closed painted-steel frame stands on multi-directional castors so it is easy to move. It works with POF (polyolefin) film and other industrial-grade shrink materials.

How it works

Infeed
The film-wrapped tray enters the tunnel on the perforated canvas belt, through the silicone curtains.
Shrinking
The heat, controlled by the two independent PID controllers, is spread evenly and shrinks the film onto the tray.
Outfeed
The tray leaves through the outfeed curtains with the film tight and wrinkle-free, ready for the end of line.
