TRC shrink wrapping machine: forming, sealing and heat tunnel

The TRC shrink wrapping machine with heat tunnel is a complete shrink-packaging system: a form-fill-seal wrapper and a heat shrink tunnel. The machine forms the bag around the product from a reel of film and closes it by heat sealing; the tunnel then blows hot air to shrink the film for a tight, professional finish. It runs up to 35 pieces per minute and is controlled by a Siemens or Omron PLC with a built-in digital screen for precise speed and temperature settings.

What does the TRC shrink wrapper do?

How fast is it?

The form-fill-seal wrapper runs up to 35 pieces per minute and the heat tunnel 30 to 50 pieces per minute.

What product size does it take?

Up to 600 × 400 mm and 10 to 100 mm high, or 520 × 310 × 50 mm, depending on the model. For other sizes, ask our technical team.

How is it controlled?

With a Siemens or Omron PLC and a built-in digital screen for speed and temperature settings. Film detection sensors follow the process and flag faults.

What installation does it need?

A 220/380 V, 50/60 Hz 3-phase supply and 6 kW total power. The sealer measures 1,650 × 900 × 1,550 mm (300 kg) and the tunnel 2,000 × 780 × 1,625 mm (700 kg). It works between 10 and 30 °C and at 30–70 % humidity.

How is it different from the TR shrink tunnel?

The TRC includes the form-fill-seal wrapper: it forms and seals the bag from a reel and then shrinks it. The TR shrink tunnel only shrinks trays that arrive already wrapped in film.
