It combines with different types of dosing units depending on the product and makes pillow bags, flat-bottom bags, strips of bags and Stabilo bags.

How it works

  1. Unwinding

    The low-mounted reel holder feeds the film without the operator having to climb a ladder.

  2. Forming

    The forming tube, made to the size of your bag, shapes the film and the pull-down belts advance it.

  3. Dosing

    The product drops through the hopper from the dosing unit mounted above, chosen to suit the product.

  4. Sealing

    Longitudinal and horizontal sealing by jaws, with the four additional seals when working in Stabilo format.

  5. Cutting and outfeed

    The bag is cut to the programmed length and leaves on the conveyor, ready for quality control and case packing.
