The HFX 320 C horizontal packaging machine brings continuous motion to large bags: it forms, fills and seals doypacks of up to 1 kg from the reel at 80–120 bags per minute. In-line monitored forming, servo-assisted format changes and vibration during filling for well-filled, consistent bags.

The hopper travels with the bag over several stations and gives more than four times the filling time: higher speed, even with bulky products.

What bag size does the HFX 320 C handle?
From 130 × 200 mm with a 25 + 25 mm gusset to 320 × 320 mm with a 50 + 50 mm gusset, for bags of up to 1 kg.
What speed does it reach?
Between 80 and 120 bags per minute, even with large bags. The actual speed depends on the product.
How does it differ from the HF 330?
The HF 330 (standard range, on the HF page) handles taller bags, up to 480 mm, at 30–50 bags/min. The HFX 320 C runs continuously at 80–120 bags/min.
Can it pack liquids?
Yes, with adjustable quick-opening and quick-closing filling nozzles.
How does it fit into the plant?
The bag outfeed can go to either side, depending on the line layout.
