FPIS Flowpack packaging machine

The FPIS Flowpack packaging machine is the servo version of the inverted FPI Flowpack: the film reel sits at the bottom, the film rises and wraps the product from below and the longitudinal seal is made at the top. The standard range goes from the FP200IS to the FP1000IS (the number is the reel width in millimetres) and we build any other size to order. Ask us for the data sheet with the speeds and sizes for your product.

The film comes from below and the product rests on it; the longitudinal seal is at the top. It is the configuration of our flow wrappers for fresh or moist products.

How it works

  1. Automatic feeders with pink printed flat products, over the loading belt

    Product loading

    Automatic feeders place the product on the loading belt, which carries it to the machine.

  2. Two film reels on the reel holder, with the guide rollers

    Bottom unwinding

    The reel sits at the bottom; the film rises to the former.

  3. Printed flat product moving on the film towards the former

    Forming

    The film wraps the product from below and forms the tube of the pillow bag.

What is the FPIS Flowpack?

An inverted, servo-driven flow wrapper: the film reel is at the bottom, the film wraps the product from below and the longitudinal seal is made at the top.

How does it differ from the FPI?

The FPI is the standard inverted flow wrapper; the FPIS is its servo version.

Which sizes are there?
