HFX 210 CS horizontal packaging machine

The HFX 210 CS horizontal packaging machine is designed for spouted doypacks: it forms the bag from the reel, fills it, places and seals the spout over several stations and checks every seal with a camera. Continuous motion up to 180 bags per minute, with format changes made mostly by servo motors.

What products is the HFX 210 CS for?

For products in spouted doypacks: purées and compotes, sauces, drinks, gels, detergents and other liquids or semi-liquids, as well as solids and powder.

What speed does it reach?

Between 150 and 180 bags per minute in continuous motion, depending on the product and the bag size.

How is seal quality checked?

Cameras check the spout seal and the top seal of every bag in real time.

Can it also make doypacks without a spout?

Yes. With the doypack forming module it switches quickly between doypack, 3-side seal and 4-side seal.

What is the standard-range alternative?

The HF also makes spouted bags, at a lower speed (HF 220: 40–70 bags/min).
