Automatic case sealer
The automatic case sealer folds the flaps with a pneumatic piston and tapes the case top and bottom with a standard double cassette, at an adjustable speed of up to 25 cases per minute. It handles cases 200 to 600 mm long and 48 mm tape, and with its built-in safety features and guarded blade it keeps the end of line fast and safe.

How it works
Infeed
The filled case arrives on the sealer's idle roller bed.
Flap folding
The pneumatic piston folds the top flaps of the case.
Drive
The side drive belts carry the case through the machine.
Taping
The double cassette applies the 48 mm tape top and bottom and the guarded blade cuts it.
Outfeed
The sealed case moves on to palletising.
