The EPX 320 C horizontal packaging machine fills and seals premade pouches in continuous motion at up to 100 bags per minute. It covers a very wide range, from 130 to 320 mm wide and up to 600 mm high, and changes format with one button on the screen.

Servo-driven bag feeding
Several servo motors feed the bags at high speed, whatever the bag type and material.
Bag position and height check
Detects the position and height of every bag in line to ensure correct sealing and finish.
Tracking filling hopper
The hopper travels with the bag over several stations and gives more than four times the filling time: higher speed, even with bulky products.
Bag bottom vibration
A servo vibrates the bag bottom during filling: the product settles, the bag is fuller and the weight is more consistent.
Bottom opening
Opens the bag bottom and holds it open; the height adjusts automatically to the format.
Bag coding
Accepts laser, inkjet or thermal transfer coders, with quick-adjust mounts.
Hygienic design
Surfaces with no exposed screws or air tubes and fewer corners where dirt can build up: easier to clean.
Bag opening with check
Blows the bag open and only doses when the sensor confirms it is open.
High-speed zipper opening
Opens the zipper of each premade pouch without reducing the machine's output.

What bag sizes does it handle?
From 130 × 200 mm with a 25 + 25 mm gusset to 320 × 600 mm with a 75 + 75 mm gusset.
Why is it faster than a conventional premade pouch machine?
Because it fills continuously over several stations: the filling time is about 4.5 times longer, so it can run faster without spilling product.
How does it make sure the bag is open?
It blows the bag open and a sensor confirms it is open before dosing.
What is the standard-range alternative?
