Extruded snack packaging machine

Extruded corn, wheat or rice snacks are very light and bulky: a large bag for a small weight. That calls for accurate weighing, tight control of bag size and high speeds to make the line profitable.

At YM Packaging we configure vertical lines for extruded snacks with a multihead weigher, inert gas (nitrogen) flushing and end-of-line equipment, including strip packs for the point of sale.
