Sugar packaging machine

White or brown sugar flows well, but it is abrasive, absorbs moisture and can form lumps. It is sold in very different formats: the 1 kg bag, the stick pack and sachet for foodservice, and the sack for industry.

What machine do I need for sugar sticks?

A multi-lane vertical sachet and stick pack machine, with 1 to 12 lanes depending on output.

Weigher or volumetric filler?

For single doses, volumetric dosing is the most common. For consumer bags, multihead weighers are also used.

Do you pack brown sugar?

Yes. As it is moister and stickier, we adjust the dosing after testing your product.
