We are looking for a project supervisor for the installation of our machinery at customer sites. You will be the link between the end customer and YM Packaging from the signing of the project to its completion, reporting to management.
What you will do
- Follow up and supervise installations at customer sites.
- Report the status and progress of each project to management.
- Be the link between the end customer and the company from the signing of the project to its completion.
- Organise project-related purchases with suppliers.
- Plan meetings with the customer and with the other departments, and coordinate the project team.
What we are looking for
- Education: degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: at least 5 years in industrial machinery for the food industry, ideally packaging and end-of-line machinery.
- Languages: fluent English (essential).
- Skills: project management, planning and execution, budget control and Microsoft Project; design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Inventor.
- Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams; confident public speaking and customer handling.
- Positive, agile and proactive, able to overcome setbacks and find quick solutions, keen to learn and grow in the role.
- Willing to travel in Spain and abroad.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or another related certification.
Conditions
- Contract: permanent, full-time, morning shift.
- Location: Elche (Alicante, Spain), on site, with travel in Spain and abroad.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:15.
- Level: management, with 1 to 5 direct reports.
