Turnkey packaging lines

One point of contact for the whole line, from product feeding to the pallet. We study your product, your floor space and the output you need, and propose the combination of machines that does the job.

Complete packaging line: elevator, multihead weigher, vertical bagger, checkweigher, case packing and palletising

From raw product to pallet

The six stages of a packaging line. Each one links to the machines we build for it.

  1. Step 1

    Feeding

Conveyors and elevators carry the product steadily to the dosing system.

  2. Step 2

    Dosing and weighing

Multihead and linear weighers for accurate doses; fillers for cans and jars.

  3. Step 3

    Packing

Vertical, horizontal and flowpack machines form, fill and seal the pack.

  4. Step 4

    Quality control

Checkweighers, metal detectors and combi units check every pack and reject faulty ones.

  5. Step 5

    Case packing and sealing

Case erecting, bag inserting into cases and automatic or semi-automatic case sealing.

  6. Step 6

    Palletising

Palletising designed around your pallet pattern and floor space, for example with our Cartesian palletiser.

Frequently asked questions

What does a turnkey line include?

Every machine from product feeding to the pallet, their integration, commissioning and training for your team. The scope is set for each project: the whole line or only part of it.

Can you integrate machines I already have?

Yes. We study your existing equipment and design the line so it works together with the new machines.

What do you need to study my project?

The product you pack, the type and size of pack, the output you need (packs per minute or per shift) and the floor space available. With that we prepare a proposal.

Do you also build the end of line?

Yes: case erectors, bag inserters, case sealers and quality control equipment. Palletising is designed for each customer.

Do you work outside Spain?

Yes. We have offices in Spain and the UK and handle projects in Portugal, France and Mexico.
