Checkweighers
At YM we offer different checkweigher models to suit each customer's needs, with target weights from 15 g up to 25 kg. Depending on the model they work statically or dynamically, according to the product, accuracy and speed required, and they slot into your packaging line like any other part of it: after the packaging machine, on the case packing line or on the production line.

How it works
Infeed
The bag or case arrives from the packaging machine or case packer onto the checkweigher's infeed belt.
Weighing
The weighing belt weighs the pack on the move (dynamic) or stationary (static) and compares it with the target weight.
Rejection
Any pack outside the tolerance is removed from the line; compliant packs continue to case packing or palletising.

Static or dynamic weight control?
Static weighs the pack while stationary, up to 12 bags per minute. Dynamic weighs it on the move, up to 60 bags per minute. The choice depends on the product, the accuracy and your line speed.
Is there a checkweigher for cases?
Yes. The case weight control weighs statically at 10–25 cases per minute and is placed on the case packing line, before palletising.
Does it integrate into my existing line?
