With servo-driven and pneumatic movements, these machines automatically adjust their settings for different formats, ensuring efficient sealing of bag corners.

General characteristics

Servomotorised and pneumatic movement.
The bag is placed in the custom-made box without wrinkles.
Sealing the corners of the bag to prevent product build up in the corners
The setting of the machine can be done automatically, the screen has the stored programmes and we can select the desired programme, in this way, when changing the programme, the machine makes the setting automatically for the change of format.
The bags are formed from a plastic reel, in this way the bags can be custom made to the required box size.

The insertion of the bag into the box is monitored at all times, so that if, in an unlikely event, a bag has not been inserted correctly, the machine detects this by emitting an alarm or a signal.
