Linear multihead weigher
The linear multihead weigher is designed for products that are difficult to convey by vibration: sticky products that cannot be handled fully automatically, such as fresh meat, fruit, fish or fresh pasta. The M6 and M8 models weigh from 15 to 2,000 g at 45 and 60 discharges per minute, with IP66 protection and scraper-operated hopper opening.

The product is placed on a receiving tray and conveyed to the hoppers by screw or by belt, not by vibration.

A scraper opens and empties each hopper so that sticky product does not cling to it.

The conveying belts reverse direction to distribute the product among the hoppers.

How it works
Loading
The operator or the line places the product on the weigher's receiving tray.
Conveying
The product is conveyed to the hoppers by screw or by belt, with a direction reverser to distribute it.
Weighing and combination
Each 1.5 L hopper weighs its portion and the software finds the combination closest to the target weight.
Discharge
The selected hoppers are opened by the scraper and discharge into the packaging machine, up to 60 times per minute.
