Doypack
130–320 mm wide
Large doypacks of up to 1 kg.
The HFX 320 C horizontal packaging machine brings continuous motion to large bags: it forms, fills and seals doypacks of up to 1 kg from the reel at 80–120 bags per minute. In-line monitored forming, servo-assisted format changes and vibration during filling for well-filled, consistent bags.

It keeps up to 120 bags per minute with bags of up to 1 kg, without losing stability or line continuity.
Forming is monitored by photocells and the module is corrected in line: accurate, consistent bags shift after shift.
Over 80% of changeover adjustments are made by servo motors: ideal for short runs and many formats.
High-frequency vibration at the bag bottom: smoother filling, evenly spread product and a fuller bag.
The bag outfeed direction can be changed to suit the line layout and the space available.
Sealed drives, with no exposed screws or air tubes; the jaw Teflon and the belts come off without tools.

130–320 mm wide
Large doypacks of up to 1 kg.

In-line zipper with no loss of speed.

Reel with automatic splicing: film changes without stopping the line.
Forming of large bags with optical control and automatic correction.
Sealing and cutting synchronised with the continuous motion.
Tracking hopper and bottom vibration to fill high-volume bags.
Top seal and bidirectional outfeed to weight control.

The hopper travels with the bag over several stations and gives more than four times the filling time: higher speed, even with bulky products.
Punches the Euro hang hole or the easy-open notch on the machine itself.
The sealing jaws and grippers position themselves automatically at every format change.
Changes the reel while the machine is running: production does not stop when the film runs out.
Adjustable quick-opening and quick-closing nozzles for steady, clean liquid filling.
Accepts laser, inkjet or thermal transfer coders, with quick-adjust mounts.
A servo vibrates the bag bottom during filling: the product settles, the bag is fuller and the weight is more consistent.
Adds the zipper closure while the bag is formed, with no loss of speed.
Quick hopper connection: changing between products takes less time.
Several servo motors feed the bags at high speed, whatever the bag type and material.
The bag outfeed switches sides to suit the line layout and the plant space.
The machine integrates with the rest of the line: dosing, quality control and end of line.
From 130 × 200 mm with a 25 + 25 mm gusset to 320 × 320 mm with a 50 + 50 mm gusset, for bags of up to 1 kg.
Between 80 and 120 bags per minute, even with large bags. The actual speed depends on the product.
The HF 330 (standard range, on the HF page) handles taller bags, up to 480 mm, at 30–50 bags/min. The HFX 320 C runs continuously at 80–120 bags/min.
Yes, with adjustable quick-opening and quick-closing filling nozzles.
The bag outfeed can go to either side, depending on the line layout.
