The F2 case erector automatically erects and tapes B1 cases, known as regular slotted cases (RSC), at up to 12 cases per minute. Its vertical magazine holds 80 cases and can be refilled without stopping the machine, and size changes are set by hand with measured handwheels, for precise, fast erecting that optimises your case packing flow.

How it works
Magazine
The flat cases wait in the vertical magazine, which holds 80 and is refilled without stopping the machine.
Pick
The suction cups pick the case from the magazine; a sensor detects if the case drops.
Erecting
The machine opens the case and folds the bottom flaps.
Bottom taping
The tape cassette seals the bottom, with a safe cutting system.
Outfeed
The erected case moves on to the case packer; a sensor confirms each case leaves.
