EPRV rotary vacuum packaging machine
The EPRV rotary vacuum packaging machine feeds, opens, fills and vacuum-seals premade pouches using rotary vacuum chambers, on an 8-station carousel, at up to 120 bags per minute. Built in 304 stainless steel, it handles doypacks, doypacks with zipper and 3-side or 4-side seal bags with liquid, powder, granular and solid products.

How it works
Infeed
The magazine feeds the premade pouches to the 8-station carousel, which carries them from one operation to the next.
Opening
The bag is opened at the opening station. If there is no bag, no product is dosed (no bag, no product).
Filling
The attached dosing unit (for powder, granules, solids or liquids) discharges the product into the open bag.
Vacuum
The rotary chambers close over the bag and the vacuum pump draws out the air before sealing.
Closing
The bag is vacuum-sealed. All parameters are controlled by the Siemens PLC from the touch screen.
Outfeed
The finished bag leaves the carousel towards the metal detector, weight control and case packing.
