WHAT IS PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE?

Preventive maintenance consists of scheduled interventions carried out on a machine or equipment with the aim of avoiding possible breakdowns or incidents in the future. It also guarantees the optimal performance of the machines, as it ensures that the machine works efficiently and safely.

WHAT IS THE YM PACKAGING MAINTENANCE PLAN?

At YM Packaging we are expert manufacturers of packaging machinery and industrial solutions, and we offer a customised preventive maintenance plan adapted to the needs of each of our clients.
Our maintenance plan consists of an annual visit by our technicians to our customers' facilities to check the condition of the installed machines in order to avoid possible breakdowns or wear and tear.

Our Technical Assistance Service (TAS) team offers our customers annual maintenance plans adapted to the needs of each of our customers to ensure that our installed machinery is in good condition and, in the event that it is not, to be able to carry out all possible repairs on time without affecting the rate of production. Our TAS department designs the plan taking into account aspects such as machine characteristics, years of operation, machine use, history of incidents, etc.

Interventions are planned throughout the year to minimise the impact on the customer's production process. During the visit, our technicians draw up a diagnostic report on the condition of the machine in which they develop the necessary interventions, the replacement of parts required, etc.

Our SAT team is made up of professional technicians in constant training, and their main objective is to offer a comprehensive 100% service of installation, training and maintenance of our machinery. In addition, our SAT department also offers a spare parts service for our machines, as we have our own spare parts warehouse.
