Flowpack packaging machine
YM Packaging's flowpack machines meet all market requirements. Our machines are equipped with servomotors and special functions. We can offer you a flowpack packaging machine made to measure and according to the customer's needs: loaders of different sizes, different types of product infeed (pushers, belts, etc...). Moreover, they are built to pack any type of product automatically with different thermosealing materials. This machine is mainly used to pack solid products individually or in compact groups.
General characteristics
- The machine is finished to a hygienic design with easy access for cleaning.
- Chassis and parts in contact with the product made of stainless steel (AISI 304).
- Adjustable width shaper.
- Possibility to work with anonymous film or printed with smudging.
- Product sensor in position to prevent entrapment
- Bottom reel with space on trolley for future extras.
- Transverse sealing system by means of a rotating jaw with fixed cutting blade.
- No product / no bag system.
- Automatic product length change.
- Automatic torque control due to product entrapment in cross jaws.
- Machine designed under CE regulations, safety sensors on doors and openings.
- External, ventilated electrical panel with space for future extras or extensions.
- Automatic temperature control by PID on touch screen.
- Compatible plastics: Heat sealable films, laminates (e.g. OPP+PE) and cold weld films.
- OMRON/LENZE PLC.
- Servomotors : OMRON/LENZE.
- Macula sensor : SICK KT5.
- Safety sensors : SICK/ROCKWELL.
- Different extras can be applied such as: automatic loaders, automatic film splicing and magazine types, etc.
