The new model of our horizontal reel-fed packaging machine HF220 that we will present this year at Alimentaria FoodTech 2023, where you will be able to visit us at our stand E280 in Hall 2.

This new model incorporates technological advances to improve its operation and the perfect finish of its packaging.

This is a high-performance horizontal reel-fed packaging machine, made of stainless steel and designed to reach productions of up to 300 bags/minute (depending on the weight of the product and the size of the bag). This machine is the best solution for large productions and can work with all types of products: powders, solids, liquids, granulates, etc.

This new model incorporates the Rexroth control system for improved scanning cycles, and new internal software functions. In addition, it has a new zip guiding system with brake motor for perfect alignment. It is also important to highlight that the new model has a new independent suction system with more power.

The machine that we are going to present at Alimentaria Foodtech 2023 is designed to make different types of packaging: 3 seals, 4 seals, doypack, special shaped bag with or without zip, with cap, etc. Centralised grease pump for complete maintenance.
