YM Packaging designs an end of line with depalletising, product mixing, weighing and palletising by robot.

At YM Packaging Group we design and work with the latest technology so that our products adapt perfectly to the production and needs of our customers. We have extensive experience offering solutions in the packaging of products in the food sector and in many other sectors.

In recent years, the packaging and palletising process has been moving towards automation due to the increase in production and the need for efficient and highly productive production. This breakthrough has been thanks to new technologies and the development of new machinery and software.

At YM Packaging we have designed and implemented this new end of line with product mix dosed with weighers and prepared for palletisation, all of this is carried out by the anthropomorphic robot YASKAWA.

This model has a custom-designed gripper with safety clamping pistons (this part is essential for the success of the project). There are several characteristics to take into account when designing the palletising robot, such as: the load capacity required, the software programming, the length, the reach, the speed, the cycle time, etc.

It also has a twin box tipper, a two-way moving belt for product distribution, a heavy dosing system with easy-to-clean belts, and an in-box product trowelling application.

This palletising robot The anthropomorphic arm is capable of turning, flipping, rotating and transporting almost any goods to be placed in boxes or on pallets.
