Forms, fills and seals Doypack-style bags (standard, with a zip or with a spout), as well as bags with 3 and 4 seals, directly from a roll of film.
It reaches a speed of up to 60 bags per minute (bpm).
It accommodates sizes ranging from a minimum of 90 × 140 × 25 mm to a maximum of 200 × 280 × 50 mm (length × width × bellows).
It accommodates coils with a maximum diameter of 550 mm, a maximum width of 660 mm and a mandrel diameter of 74 mm.
It is fitted with a fibre-optic sensor that checks that the bag is fully open and activates the «No bag, no discharge» safety feature».
It includes a touchscreen, a PLC and REXROTH servo motors, Allen-Bradley variable speed drives, Schneider components and signature sensors such as Omron, SMC, FESTO and SICK.
It is constructed with a main frame made of carbon steel, and all parts in direct contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
It uses an upper stretching station, double top sealing with a heated silicone pad, and a subsequent seal cooling station.
