General characteristics

TWIN POUCH MAKING MACHINE FB2000

• Unwinder station with expandible film reel with pneumatic supply.
• Photoelectric rectification system to maintain the film centered while unwinding.
• Main film cutting station in half for production at 2 lanes simultaneously.
• Gussetted and perforation station capable of working on 1 and 2 lanes with two secondary film reels at both sides.
• 4 film tensioning stations with sensors to maintain the precise tension and keep the film in the correct position
• Vertical sealing station with two zones – one zone performs the heated sealing and the other one uses refrigerated bars to cool down the seal.
• Station for the ultrasound sealing to guarantee the correct seal between the vertical seal and the zipper (edges of pouch)
• Horizontal Sealing station made of 4 stations with heated seal bars and 2 stations with refrigerated cooling bars.
• Perforation station for accessories such as eurohole, easy-tear, bag handle, spout application, etc.
• Bag cutting station
• Exit conveyor – synchronised to form stacks or to discharge individual pouches.
• Water refrigeration unit to supply the cooling bars on both vertical and horizontal seal stations.
• Antistatic absorption system to avoid issues when forming the pouch from film trimmings getting stuck to the pouch.
• Film trimming collection unit to collect the trimmings generated when making the pouch
• Turbine to collect perforated elements
• Epoxy coated chassis.
